The SD Suzuki School of Music started the year with organizing a five day workshop called Music Mind Games, which is a series of games designed by Michiko Yurko to teach music theory in a fun and engaging way.  All of the faculty participated and on two days we had kid & parent classes to observe.

Performing in front of the International Cottages, then at the Grinch tree at the Old Globe Theatre in Balboa Park has become a favorite for students and families alike.  People arriving or leaving from attending the Grinch play enjoy our classical and holiday tunes, too!
